LITTLE SHARKS JIU-JITSU

 This is a Parent & Child class, where both family members can learn & experience the amazing & fun benefits of Jiu-Jitsu.

KIDS JIU-JITSU (AGES 4-15 YEARS)

Our Kids learn Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense techniques through fun and engaging drills and games appropriate for their age. classes are for all levels, no experience required.

Ages 4-5 years, Ages 6-8 years, Ages 9-15 years

ADVANCED KIDS (9 -15 YEARS)

Kids further develop their knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu, advanced techniques, resistance training and assist those interested in competing. 

INTRODUCTION TO JIU-JITSU

The Introduction class is for those who have never tried Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before. 

FUNDAMENTALS

Our Fundamentals program is designed for beginners and introduces you to the foundation of basic positions, techniques, submissions and escapes as well as how it is applied to self-defense situations.

INTERMEDIATE

Our Intermediate program introduces more complex techniques and movements. Positional sparring is introduced where you will learn to apply techniques with some resistance from a partner.

ADVANCED JIU-JITSU

In our Advanced program you will further develop your offensive and defensive strategies, learn more advanced techniques, and fine tune your own personal "game" or "style" of Jiu-Jitsu. You will Our Advanced classes will also assist those who have the desire to compete.

EXECUTIVE 

This class is designed to accommodate those who want to train before work or school . This class will explore the concepts and techniques of jiu jitsu.

NOGI

Our Intermediate program introduces more complex techniques and movements. Positional sparring is introduced where you will learn to apply techniques with some resistance from a partner.

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes are for all levels and we welcome students with no prior experience. Classes are broken into 3 age groups: 4-5 years, 6-8 years and 9-15 years. Our Kids learn Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense techniques through fun and engaging drills and games appropriate for their age. We teach our kids to be the best they can be inside and outside the Academy by reinforcing the importance of respect for themselves and others and how to believe in themselves and persevere through difficult challenges. Jiu-Jitsu teaches them the importance of working hard not just for themselves, but for their teammates through dedication and discipline. Some of the amazing benefits include:

ADULT FUNDAMENTALS  BJJ

ADULT FUNDAMENTALS JIU-JITSU

No experience is required for this class and all levels are welcome.

We developed our Fundamentals curriculum to not only teach you a solid foundation of Jiu-Jitsu as well as give you the tools to build upon those foundations that will help you develop and progress on your Jiu-Jitsu Journey.

ADULT INTERMEDIATE BJJ

Our Intermediate program introduces more complex techniques and movements that helps you builds upon the foundations you have learned in the Fundamental classes.  Positional sparring is introduced where you will learn to apply techniques with some resistance from a partner. You will develop offensive and defensive strategies and use your critical thinking during this faster pace training.  While our Intermediate program was designed with the white belt in mind, it is also very beneficial for more advanced students looking to perfect their technique or people who may be returning from a layoff. GI and NOGI Intermediate classes are offered

ADULT EXECUTIVE BJJ

ADULT EXECUTIVE JIU-JITSU

Our Executive Early Morning classes are for students wanting to train before work or school. Classes include Fundamentals and Intermediate techniques.

Requirement: 1 stripe and above


ADULT ADVANCED BJJ

ADULT ADVANCED JIU-JITSU

In our Advanced program you will further develop your offensive and defensive strategies, learn more advanced techniques, and fine tune your own personal "game" or "style" of Jiu-Jitsu. You will Our Advanced classes will also assist those who have the desire to compete (competing is not a requirement) and study every aspect of Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance of 5x Black Belt World Champion, Bernardo Faria and GI and NOGI World Champion, Marcos Tinoco.  Advanced class are where champions are made, fitness goals are exceeded, and the complexity of Jiu-Jitsu is truly exposed. GI and NOGI Advanced and Intermediate/Advanced classes are offered.

Requirements: 
Advanced Class - Blue Belt and above
Intermediate & Advanced Classes - 3 stripes and above


ADULT MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

ADULT MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

Our Muay Thai kickboxing classes are tailored to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our classes are led by experienced instructors and are designed to be informative, fun, and an excellent workout, ensuring you learn the art of Muay Thai in a supportive environment. Classes include Structured Drills and Exercises, Pad work & Fitness Training.
