Today I am here with a great friend of mine, someone I trained with for years and 2019 ADCC Gold Medalist, Matheus Diniz.  Matheus is a black belt under Marcelo Garcia and he is one of the guys I trained with the most when I trained there.  He had an incredible performance at the ADCC this year and I was super happy for him.  Today I asked him to us some of his no gi passing.  Let’s see below.
