Guys today I am here with Ed Ruth.  Ed is a very well-known wrestler, he was a 3x NCAA champion and he is now competing professionally in MMA at Bellator.  Ed is 6-1 in his MMA career and he has a very promising future.  It is a huge honor for me to be here with him because is such a high level athlete and of course wrestler.  Today he is going to show us the single leg counter.  The single leg is very popular in bjj so this will be good for some bjj guys.
