Today I am here with Shintaro Higashi, huge honor for me.  Shintaro was my Judo coach when I was living in NYC! He was someone that was always one of the best Judo instructors in the world and when I was in NYC he helped me so much, he just made an instructional on the basics so lets see some of his technique below.
