Today I am here with a very special guest, some one I enjoy watching almost more than anyone when he competes, Garry Tonon.  Garry is one of the best no gi grapplers in the world, he is doing amazing in MMA and he had some of the best matches in ADCC this year.  Garry is known for escaping bad positions easily and then attacking.  Today I asked how he escapes the heel hook.  Let’s see below.
