Today I am here with someone I consider one of the best half guard players in the entire world, Lucas Leite.  When I was coming up, I loved the half guard.  Lucas was a brown belt when I was a blue belt and he was always the guy I wanted to watch.  He was sweeping everyone with the half guard.  Lucas is one of the guys who plays the half guard differently and he is able to beat guys at the highest levels.  Let’s see below a technique that is very good for white belts or for self-defense, enjoy, Oss!
