Today I am here with someone who is a great friend of mine and a person I respect very much as an athlete on and off the mats, Rafael Lovato Jr.  Lovato is one of the only American to win the worlds at black belt and the current Bellator Champion.  He is one of the best guard passers in history and I asked him to show us some passes.
