Guys today I am here with a great friend of mine that was always one of my toughest training partners during my time at Marcelo’s school in NYC.  Jon has always been one of the guys that I say has the best butterfly in the world besides Marcelo but coincidence or not, his game is exactly like Marcelo’s.  Today I asked him to show us an overview of how to think in the butterfly so lets see below.
